For best results wet hair completely. Glide the bar on the shampoo side (green) from the hairline down the middle and each side of the hair, add a tiny bit more water and gently massage your scal area, rinse. Now repeat this process on the conditioner side ( yellow). Try not to overdo the use of the bar, but instead add water. This is a highly concentrated product that needs lots of water to acheive the ideal results.
