    coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, candelilla wax, marjoram, helichrysum,cloves,ginger,st john’s wort, arnica, eucalyptus, chamomile, peppermint, rosemary, thyme, essential oils of: ( peppermint rosemary, eucalyptus, clove, thyme, lavender, helichrysum,

    clary sage, chamomile, ginger, frankincense

     

    Directions:

    Push up stick from the bottom with your finger or a small object gently.  Apply balm directly to skin with the stick to encourage fast relief.  Use as often as needed.  If you push up too far simply push the stick back down into the bio paper container.  Store away from intense heat.
